Job summary

BFS is seeking a Location Manager in Maryland to lead sales, operations, delivery and inventory control at the Jessup location. You will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, manage staffing and implement inventory programs to meet demand and profit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Four years related managerial experience and/or training.
• Must have prior experience in building materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales (professional and retail), operations, production, delivery, purchasing and inventory control of the location.
• supervise daily operations and report from the Online system.
• Develop and implement inventory control programs to meet location inventory levels and turns.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; enforce staffing measures to reduce turnover and increase profits.
• Motivate employees; set objectives and performance measures; approve wage increases.
