Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and four years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes location responsibility in the absence of the General Manager.
• Keeps manager informed on status of initiatives and schedules that impact location success.
• Provides direction to the management team and employees to ensure achievement of location objectives.
• Assists General Manager in recruiting, hiring, promoting, training and terminating employees.
• Assists in preparation of the location budget, operating costs, and annual reporting of the operation.
