Job summary

Domino's of Plano is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and foster a positive team and customer experience. You will oversee costs, inventory, food quality, image standards, and safety while mentoring staff and ensuring timely, friendly service.

The ideal candidate has prior management or leadership experience in fast-food settings, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
