Job summary

Domino's of Dallas is seeking a talented General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and uphold food safety and brand standards. You will manage staff, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while building a motivated team.

The role requires prior management or leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll be responsible for P&L, labor, and inventory, with a focus on profitability and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
