Job summary

Domino's of Whitehouse is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

You will recruit and develop a team, monitor costs and inventory, manage food safety and safety compliance, and deliver Best in Class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of P&L management, and the ability to solve problems quickly while communicating clearly with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
