Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a General Manager to lead ops and deliver legendary guest experiences. You will manage the restaurant team, oversee marketing efforts, and drive performance, engagement, and training initiatives to ensure the highest standards.

You will also oversee community involvement and fundraising activities, with a strong focus on staffing, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role rewards leadership and a passion for results.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience, and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• As General Manager, you will be the expert in creating legendary experiences for guests and ensuring your restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives, and oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
• Lead local restaurant marketing efforts and be accountable for Profit and Loss results.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

YOU GOT THIS

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
