Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager in Seekonk, MA to lead daily operations and deliver legendary guest experiences. You will oversee your management team, drive local marketing, and own the restaurant's performance through P&L results, cost controls, and service standards.

The role emphasizes staff development, training initiatives, and community involvement. Requires 4–5 years of restaurant management including GM experience; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience, including GM level.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety.
• Experience with alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to lead and train teams and champion change.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $74,580 - $98,550 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
