Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead our Tyler, TX restaurant, ensuring top performance and memorable guest experiences. You will steer the management team, drive local marketing, and monitor P&L results while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will also oversee community involvement and staff training, fostering growth and operational excellence in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience and prior restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures.
• Computer operations knowledge and ability to manage and direct others; passion for training and developing the team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and review Profit and Loss statement results.
• Oversee community connections and fundraising activities.
• Create legendary guest experiences as the General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety practices.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
