Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver legendary guest experiences. You will supervise the management team, drive local marketing, and ensure strong P&L performance while maintaining safe, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes team development, training, and active involvement in community outreach and fundraising programs. Buffalo Wild Wings offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience and prior restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Drive local restaurant marketing and ensure Profit and Loss results.
• Oversee all community connection and fundraising activities.
