Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, optimize guest experiences, and drive profitability. You will oversee the restaurant management team, ensure adherence to safety, health codes and labor laws, and champion training and development across the staff.

The role emphasizes local marketing, P&L accountability, and community involvement to elevate the restaurant’s performance and guest satisfaction. A proven track record in restaurant leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in restaurants
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives
• Oversee local restaurant marketing and drive P&L results to keep the restaurant at top performance
• Manage community connections and fundraising activities, while maintaining brand standards

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
