Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to craft legendary guest experiences and drive restaurant performance. You will oversee the management team, lead local marketing efforts, and analyze Profit and Loss results to keep the business at the top of its game.

You’ll also supervise training, engagement, and community fundraising activities, while ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliant operations. Sports-focused culture, competitive pay, and growth await.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to lead and train teams and analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
