Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction in Colorado. You will supervise the management team, deliver strong performance, and ensure training and development across staff.

You will oversee local marketing, P&L results, and community fundraising activities while maintaining labor, health, and safety standards. Salary ranges and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and coach the team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
