Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, local marketing, and financial results. You will ensure guest experiences are legendary and drive performance across the management team.

You will oversee training, safety, labor compliance, and community involvement, with a focus on developing people and controlling the Profit and Loss to maximize results. This role rewards leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant GM role.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experiences and restaurant performance, ensuring the venue stays at the top of its game.
• Oversee local restaurant marketing and Profit and Loss results.
• Direct the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
