Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in the Thornton, Colorado area to lead restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise the management team, drive local marketing, and ensure financial performance while fostering engagement and training across the team. The role emphasizes performance, training, community involvement, and a commitment to safe food handling, labor compliance, and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
