Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, guest experience, and financial performance. You will supervise the management team, drive local marketing, and ensure adherence to safety, labor, and food-handling standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, controlling costs, and promoting community involvement while maintaining brand excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience with prior General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, alcohol service, safety procedures, and POS/computer operations.
• Ability to direct and develop the team, drive change, and train staff.
• Ability to analyze and interpret Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Drive local restaurant marketing and ensure strong P&L results.
• Lead community connection and fundraising activities.
• Create legendary guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
