Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Fremont, NE is hiring a General Manager to lead operations, guest experience, and team development in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will drive local marketing, oversee the management team, and ensure profitable performance and adherence to health and safety standards. You bring 4–5 years of restaurant management and GM experience, strong labor-law knowledge, ability to analyze P&L statements, and a passion for training.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant.
• Previous General Manager experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
