Job summary

Mendocino Farms is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a new store opening. This full-time, onsite role offers a salary of $77,000 to $98,000 per year, based on experience, plus monthly GM bonuses.

We’re seeking seasoned leaders to guide a happy, friendly team and deliver excellent guest experiences. Qualifications include 3+ years in high-volume restaurant management, strong coaching abilities, and a track record of driving results.
