Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for full-time on-site work in Houston, TX. The role requires leadership of a large, high-volume restaurant team, with emphasis on delivering happiness to guests and driving business results.

Salary ranges from $66,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus monthly GM bonuses. Benefits include health and other insurances, 401(k) match, paid vacation, sick leave, and growth opportunities.

• We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
• Cares about people – builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Experience with managing a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
