Job summary

Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant Manager for an onsite, full-time role with a salary range of $55K–$70K per year based on experience. You will lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver consistent, guest-focused service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of high-volume restaurant management, excels at coaching and operations, and is comfortable with kitchen duties, ordering, and inventory. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic, growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Strong coaching skills with feedback and staff development.
• Organized, deadline-driven, results-focused.
• Ability to master every position in the kitchen before teaching others.
• People-oriented with guest relations focus.
• Experience managing a large team and ordering/inventory.

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and staffing.
