Job summary

HOTWORX is seeking a General Manager for our 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio in Draper, UT. Lead a high-performing team, drive membership growth, and deliver an outstanding member experience.

You will coach TSAs, meet sales goals, and build community partnerships while upholding HOTWORX brand standards and a 5-star service culture.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Fitness industry experience or certification preferred.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trainer Sales Associates (TSAs).
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build member relationships.
• Grow the studio through community partnerships, networking, events, and local marketing.
• Generate leads through phone calls, texts, email, referrals, and social media.
• Ensure the studio operates smoothly while maintaining HOTWORX brand standards.
• Create a fun, welcoming environment that earns consistent 5-star reviews.

General Manager – HOTWORX 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio

HOTWORX is the first-ever 24-hour infrared fitness studio, combining heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help members burn calories, build strength, and feel their best. Our virtual instructor-led workouts—including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Pilates, Hot Stretch, and more—delivermore workout in less time.

We're looking for a motivated, energeticGeneral Managerto lead our studio, grow membership, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trainer Sales Associates (TSAs)
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals

• Grow the studio through community partnerships, networking, events, and local marketing

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $45,000
• Unlimited commission and monthly bonus opportunities
• Successful General Managers typically earn $60,000–$80,000+ annually
