Rain Local is seeking a Trainer Sales Associate to deliver exceptional member experiences while driving memberships, retail sales, and studio traffic. The role blends customer service, fitness education, marketing, and daily studio operations to create a welcoming environment.

You will educate members on HOTWORX workouts and apps, generate leads, close memberships, support retention, and assist with promotions. A proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset is essential for success.

About Us

Trainer Sales Associate

The Trainer Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional member experience while driving new memberships, member retention, retail sales, and studio traffic. This position combines customer service, sales, fitness education, marketing, and daily studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members and guests, provide excellent customer service, and create a positive studio environment.
• Educate members on HOTWORX® workouts, the HOTWORX® App, Burn Off App, challenges, equipment, and products.
• Generate leads through guest passes, referrals, local business partnerships, social media, and outside promotions.
• Conduct membership consultations, follow up with prospects, close sales, and meet established membership and retail goals.
• Support member retention by building strong relationships and keeping members motivated and engaged.
• Assist with studio marketing, social media, promotions, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client tracking records and complete required follow-up.
• Complete opening/closing procedures, cleaning, organization, and other daily studio tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow all HOTWORX® policies and customer service standards.
• Participate in required training and maintain current HOTWORX®, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Work a minimum of 25 hours per week unless otherwise scheduled by management.
