Job summary

HOTWORX Omaha is seeking a high-energy, outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. This part-time role focuses on selling memberships, upgrades, and promotions while providing an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll give energetic studio tours, follow up with leads, and help create engaging social media content. Evening and weekend availability is required, with training and growth opportunities in a fun, fitness-driven environment.

• Sales, retail, fitness, or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right personality!

Northwest | Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Omaha is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to join our team! This is a sales-focused role for someone who loves connecting with people, creating a great experience, and helping grow our studio.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside state-of-the-art infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength training.

What You’ll Do

• Give energetic studio tours and turn prospects into members
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and promotions

• Build relationships with members and provide an exceptional experience

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

This is a part-time position. Evening and weekend availability is required.
