You will develop custom insurance proposals, educate clients on coverage options, and maintain a steady client pipeline while collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. A Virginia P&C license and strong computer skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage types.
• Strong comfort with computers and digital management systems.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
• Experience with agency management systems or similar software.
