The Atlantic District in Waldorf, Maryland is seeking a thoughtful Insurance Agent to join our close-knit team. You will help clients choose the right home, auto, and life coverage and guide them through the renewal process with clarity and care.

This on-site role offers a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, plus benefits such as PTO, health, dental, life, and retirement plans. You will build lasting relationships with neighbors and local business owners while growing your book

Requirements

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Solid track record of managing and growing an insurance book of business.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for clear communication with clients.
• Competency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
• A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most to them.
• Professional experience in a client‑facing or sales role.
