Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of sales or advisory experience.
• Proficient with agency management software and digital documentation.
• Ability to explain policy details in plain language.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Valid driver's license for local activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing pipeline of new business by connecting with community members who need tailored protection.
• Assess client financial and personal risks to craft comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Conduct regular review meetings with existing policyholders to ensure coverage evolves with life changes.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy modifications.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to secure the best terms for clients.
