Current Virginia Property and Casualty or Life and Health insurance license.
Previous experience working in a sales or customer-facing role.
Comfort using digital tools to manage client records and communications.
Strong ability to listen and clearly explain complex insurance concepts.
Residency or ability to commute daily to our Henrico, Virginia office.
Prior history of building and maintaining a client base.
