Qualifications

• Active PA licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
• Proven track record of growing an insurance agency or sales team.
• Strong local market knowledge of York, PA and surrounding areas.
• Ability to mentor and guide sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our York office to ensure efficiency and sustained growth.
• Coach and inspire our sales producers to reach their potential while delivering excellent service.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners to secure the best products for our clients.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies that position us as the premier agency in the region.
• Monitor agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and community stakeholders.
