Qualifications

• Valid state-issued Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.
• Demonstrated track record of leading sales teams or managing agency operations.
• Deep understanding of the independent insurance distribution landscape.
• Strong background in building and maintaining advisor relationships.
• Expertise in regional market development and recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in data-driven sales performance analysis. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
