The Atlantic District, based in East Brady, Pennsylvania, seeks a Lead Agent to be the face of the agency, building lasting client relationships and providing thoughtful insurance guidance. You will lead your own growth, enjoy autonomy, and work within a supportive team that values integrity and service.

In this role you’ll manage a client pipeline, participate in community outreach, and help clients choose coverage that protects their families and businesses.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and agency management systems.
• Clear, empathetic communication with clients.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of prospective and current clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through selecting insurance coverage that provides peace of mind.
• Develop and grow a client base through networking and referrals.
