Requirements

• Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.
• Valid producer appointment in good standing.
• Demonstrated history of building and leading successful insurance sales teams.
• Deep understanding of the independent agency model and carrier relationships.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and data-driven sales reporting.
• Experience in market development and recruiting high-performing producers.
