You will build relationships with neighbors, oversee daily agency operations, and drive growth through community outreach and strategic partnerships.

Ideal candidates will hold a PA Life and Health license, have a proven sales or business‑development track record, and be skilled at coaching others, public speaking, and long‑term planning to protect
