Job summary

The Atlantic District in Doylestown, PA seeks an Agency Lead to spearhead sales strategy, coach a growing team, and build local partnerships. This role blends hands-on leadership with community engagement to expand family-protection services and drive sustainable growth.

You will mentor sales producers, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-tier client service while shaping the direction of our agency’s growth in the local market.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a clear history of sales growth.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and support a sales team and work with agency software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily sales operations of our Doylestown office to ensure growth.
• Provide hands-on coaching to sales producers to reach targets.
• Identify local market opportunities to expand reach and protect more families and businesses.
• Maintain high service standards as final point of contact for complex inquiries.
• Foster a positive, collaborative office culture that motivates the team.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust sales strategies for long-term success.
