Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an experienced GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead end-to-end solution blueprinting and roadmaps, bridging client visions and technology execution. You’ll translate business problems into AI solutions and align stakeholders during the deal lifecycle.

You will design AI/Gen AI architectures, collaborate with global delivery and sales teams, and prepare compelling proposals while traveling 10–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or presales across Financial Services, Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy.
• 3+ years of GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• 8+ years of experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/Google).
• 2+ years of AI-Led delivery in cross-functional, global setups with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFPs/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, AI, Gen AI).
• Define end-to-end application architectures from data ingestion to AI/Agents.
• Align tech components (LLMs, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs) with business use cases.
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with SMEs.
• Design staffing models across onshore/offshore/nearshore.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend your solution in internal/external forums.
• Smoothly transition the solution to delivery post-deal closure.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
