Job summary

Fireworks AI is hiring an Account Executive on the AI Native Team to drive adoption of our platform among GenAI startups, engaging with founders, ML leads, and product teams to map use cases and guide evaluation, onboarding, and scale-up.

This role requires credibility with engineers and executives, strong communication, and a bias for value creation, as you build lasting relationships and expand usage across customer accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or product roles focused on technical buyers.
• Ability to discuss open source inference, API performance, and GPU architecture.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of GenAI-native startup accounts and drive adoption across key use cases.
• Lead technical and product conversations with founders, ML engineers, and infra leads.
• Help customers get live quickly by coordinating onboarding, benchmarking, and integration efforts.
• Work closely with internal teams to shape tailored solutions, POCs, and fine‑tuning approaches.
