Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a Strategic Pursuits Account Executive, AI Native, to drive adoption among top AI companies. You will engage with technical founders, ML leads, and product teams to align Fireworks within their stack, guiding evaluation, onboarding, and scale-up.

In this role you’ll own executive relationships, coordinate with Applied AI, and run a clean commercial cycle with GTM partners, from POC through production at scale. Competitive pay and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in PM, strategic account exec, VC, or consulting focused on technical buyers.
• Ability to run multi-threaded customer engagements and maintain momentum.
• Technical fluency to discuss ML models, tuning, and compliance requirements.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments engaging with startup founders and builders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and product discovery with founders, ML engineers, and infra leads.
• Shape tailored solutions, POCs, and fine-tuning approaches with Field Engineering, Applied AI, Product and Research teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Fireworks product and engineering.
• Coordinate onboarding, benchmarking, and integration efforts to get customers live quickly.
