Fireworks AI is seeking a Strategic Pursuits Account Executive, AI Native to drive adoption among leading AI startups. You will speak credibly to technical founders, identify high‑impact use cases, and shepherd customers from initial engagement to value realization.

You’ll collaborate with Applied AI, Product, and GTM partners to architect solutions and manage the commercial cycle. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM, strategic accounts, VC, or management consulting serving technical buyers,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in PM, strategic accounts, VC, or consulting serving highly technical buyers.
Proven ability to run multi-threaded customer engagements and maintain deal momentum.
Comfort discussing open-source vs proprietary models, model tuning, compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with founders, ML engineers, and infra leads.
Shape tailored solutions with Field Engineering, Applied AI, Product and Research teams.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering.
Help customers go live by coordinating onboarding, benchmarking, and integration efforts.
Own the relationship across the portfolio from first engagement to production deployment.
Lead structured discovery conversations, manage multiple accounts, and negotiate terms.
