Job summary

Fireworks is hiring an Account Executive, AI Native Team, to drive adoption of our GenAI platform within ambitious startup accounts. You will work with technical founders, ML leads, and product teams to map use cases and guide evaluation, onboarding, and scale-up.

You’ll speak credibly about open-source inference, API performance, and model tuning, and you’ll collaborate with GTM engineers, product, and applied ML to unblock adoption and grow usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or product roles focused on technical buyers.
• Strong communication skills with engineers and executives.
• Ability to understand and explain technical topics (open source inference, API performance, model tuning, GPU architecture).
• Proactive, persistent, and creative in breaking into accounts and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of GenAI-native startup accounts and drive adoption across key use cases.
• Identify, engage, and qualify new high-potential prospects through warm outreach and events.
• Lead technical and product conversations with founders, ML engineers, and infra leads.
• Coordinate onboarding, benchmarking, and integration efforts to get customers live quickly.
• Shape tailored solutions, POCs, and fine-tuning approaches with internal teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Track account health and usage data to identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent Fireworks in the GenAI ecosystem through demos, meetups, and online communities.
