- 7+ years in senior customer-facing roles including customer success or transformation advisory.
- 10+ years driving business transformation with technology enablement in enterprises.
- Deep expertise in enterprise business execution and process transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise customer transformation strategies for AI adoption.
- Develop repeatable transformation methodologies and assessment frameworks.
- Synthesize customer insights to influence AWS product roadmap and GTM.
- Co-develop transformation offerings with partners and enablement programs.
- Monitor transformation health and drive measurable business value.
