• 15+ years leading large-scale transformation or change programs with tech enablement.
• Deep expertise in enterprise business execution and process transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI capabilities with business value framing.
• Experience leading AI/automation adoption change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise transformation strategies for customers adopting Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI.
• Build repeatable methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks for scale.
• Synthesize customer insights into frameworks shaping product roadmaps and GTM.
• Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic partners and enablement programs.
