Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned transformation leader to reinvent how enterprises plan, execute, and operate through Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI services. This principal-level individual contributor role combines strategic vision with practical credibility to reimagine business processes at scale.

You will design strategies, build repeatable frameworks, and collaborate with partners to drive measurable value realization for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformations with AWS/cloud services.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles including customer success management, strategic consulting, or business transformation advisory, with direct accountability for enterprise customer outcomes.
• 15+ years leading complex, large-scale business transformation or organizational change programs with significant technology enablement components in enterprise contexts.
• Deep expertise in enterprise business execution and process transformation with direct advisory experience through significant operational reinvention initiatives.
• L300+ understanding of Amazon Quick capabilities and AWS Gen AI platform with ability to articulate business value to executives.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise change management initiatives involving AI/automation adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead comprehensive business execution transformation strategies for enterprise customers adopting Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI services.
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks.
• Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and support enablement programs.
• Monitor customer transformation health and address adoption barriers with measurable value realization.
• Develop thought leadership content and influence product roadmap via customer insights.
