Qualifications

• Experience leading large enterprise transformations with AWS/cloud services.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles including customer success management or business transformation advisory.
• 15+ years leading complex, large-scale transformation programs with technology enablement.
• Deep expertise in enterprise business execution and process transformation with operational reinvention.
• L300+ understanding of Amazon Quick capabilities and AWS Gen AI platform with business value articulation to executives.
• Experience leading AI/automation adoption and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-wide business execution transformation strategies for customers using Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI services.
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks enabling AI-driven reinvention at scale.
• Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and support enablement, training, and delivery toolkits.
• Monitor transformation health and address adoption barriers while driving measurable value (productivity gains, cost reduction).
• Develop thought leadership content and influence AWS product roadmaps through customer insights.
