Job summary

Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner helping organizations modernize data ecosystems and scale AI responsibly. We deliver Gemini Enterprise-based GECX solutions, including Voice AI, BigQuery, Looker, Vertex AI, and Gemini models, for client experiences.

You will join a hands-on team building expertise in GCP, working with clients and senior architects to design and implement modern GECX solutions. Travel may be required as projects vary across clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience aligning technology with contact center metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, large-scale service technology solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, and observability.
