Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist with foundational GECX experience to help design and implement Google Cloud-based contact center solutions for clients. You will support delivery teams and collaborate with senior architects in end-to-end project execution.

You will work in a client-facing role, applying technical skills to modernize data ecosystems and AI-enabled customer experiences, with travel 0–100% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technology transformation experience, focusing on Conversational AI or cloud-based CCaaS.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with contact center technologies and AI agent building.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within their architecture.
• Collaborate with software partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, managing on-shore and off-shore resources.
• Oversee day-to-day on-shore/off-shore project teams.
• Gather high-level business requirements and translate to epics and stories.
