Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist to deepen expertise in Google Cloud GECX solutions. You will collaborate with senior architects and delivery teams to design and implement modern GECX solutions for clients, including Voice AI, CCaaS, and enterprise AI agents.

You will work directly with clients, supporting project execution and guiding transformation while navigating on-shore and off-shore teams. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology transformation with Conversational AI/CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent building across multiple platforms.
• 3+ years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, large-scale service tech solutions.
• Architects and provides technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Designs and engineers enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, observability.
• Configures and implements GECX CCaaS within client architectures and integrates with requirements.
• Plans and estimates delivery work with Agile, managing on-shore/off-shore teams.
