Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist with foundational Google GECX experience to support delivery teams. You will work directly with clients and senior architects to design and implement modern GECX solutions for Accenture's clients.

You will engage in end-to-end project delivery, including defining business requirements, creating epics and stories, and guiding offshore and onshore teams through the project lifecycle. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

3+ years in technology transformation focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact centers.
3+ years with contact center technologies and AI agent development across platforms.
3+ years aligning tech with contact center benchmarks and agent performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 12 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global service tech solutions.
Architect and recommend integrations between GECX products and client environments.
Design and engineer enterprise-grade AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and routing.
Configure GECX CCaaS within client architectures and constraints.
Collaborate with software partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile; manage onshore/offshore resources.
Lead day-to-day on-site and offshore project teams throughout lifecycles.
Elicit high-level business requirements and translate to epics and stories.
