Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist with foundational experience in Google GECX solutions, building expertise in Google Cloud Platform. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution.

Develop and implement GECX that aligns with architecture and business goals. Travel may be required; 0–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI/CCaaS or cloud-based contact centers.
• 3+ years with contact center technologies and AI agent building.
• 3+ years aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop end-to-end delivery lifecycle of GECX solutions for client projects.
• Architect and provide recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation and observability.
• Implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within the client’s architecture.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with Agile, including resource planning and risk management.
• Manage day-to-day on-shore and off-shore project teams.
• Capture high-level business requirements and translate them into epics and stories.
