Job summary

Intrepid Travel is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Flagstaff, AZ. This full-time, onsite role supports daily operations under the Deputy Operations Manager, focusing on warehouse and facility management, gear organization, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, restocking first-aid kits, gear repairs, and assisting with training. The position requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with Google Drive apps and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations under the Deputy Operations Manager.
• Oversee warehouse and facility management, gear organization, and inventory.
• Maintain gear and vehicle logs, restock first-aid kits, and repair gear as needed.
• Assist with facility maintenance, laundry, bulk food purchases, and deliveries.
• Manage company card receipts and support new-hire training.
