Job summary

Telgian in Phoenix is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to manage inventory and ensure equipment and supplies are available for Field Inspection teams on time.

You will coordinate and book travel for Field Inspectors, align plans with routing/scheduling teams and policy, and monitor kit readiness.

The role requires no prior experience or only 0–3 years in travel, logistics, or inventory management; a high school diploma/GED or AA is preferred with basic Inventory Software and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Computer skills required: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite.
• 0-3 years of Travel, logistics, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for Field Inspectors for equipment, supplies and travel needs.
• Coordinates and books travel arrangements to meet routing/scheduling requirements; ensures plans align with policy and cost guidelines.
• Reviews travel schedules and updates arrangements to reflect routing/scheduling changes or department plans.
• Provides Field Inspectors with standard equipment and supplies; ensures kits are stocked and functional.
• Arranges shipment of all required supplies/equipment; works with shippers to resolve lost-in-transit items.
• Other duties as assigned.
