Markit! Forestry Management is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. You will support shop, office, and project locations, coordinating supplies, scheduling, and documentation to keep field operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include assisting field crews, shop management tasks, HR onboarding, travel scheduling, and data entry. Some travel across Arizona and New Mexico is expected; you will work with a collaborative team and contribute to

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Travel to project sites in AZ and NM with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support field crews with supply, parts, and tool ordering and delivery.
• Assist shop management with vendor research, scheduling, and logistics.
• Support HR and Safety with onboarding, trainings, and PPE issuance.
• Assist Operations and Project Management with travel planning and binder prep.
• Contribute to business development tasks and data entry.
• Maintain a safe work environment per safety policies.
