Job summary

Intrepid Travel is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily site operations at our Flagstaff, AZ location. You will oversee warehouse tasks, gear coordination, and assist with training under the Deputy Operations Manager.

We value reliability, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving, with a flexible schedule and weekend/holiday shifts as needed to support our adventurous, responsible travel culture.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Drive apps and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• At least 21 years old and able to meet DOT driving requirements.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and facility operations, including gear organization and inventory.
• Maintain gear and vehicle status logs; repair gear as needed.
• Oversee facility maintenance, laundry, and general upkeep.
• Support bulk food purchases and deliveries; handle receipts and expenses.
• Assist with new-hire training as needed.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays when required.
